Video: Jayon Brown Under the Radar No More

Written by
Believe it or not, in the age of the internet, sometimes players, do fly under the radar. Case in point, UCLA freshman safety, Jayon Brown from Long Beach (Calif.) Poly. Only Colorado and Colorado State joined the Bruins with scholarship opportunities. That didn't bother Brown or UCLA. In fact, that the Bruins went against the grain of the recruiting sites, it shows the UCLA fan base that this Bruin coaching staff believes their eyes. From two-star to three-star, was the recruiting sites evaluation of Brown. Now Brown is in the mix to be in the safety rotation as a true frosh. Brown talked to BruinBru.com about his switch from linebacker to safety and what it meant to him to fly under the radar. This is an all's well that ends well type of story, mainly for the Bruins. Enjoy!
